Vinayan leads Nimida Capital’s investment strategy. With over 20 years in the industry and as a founding member of Premji Invest, he has managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios across public and private markets. His experience spans valuation, portfolio construction, and macro analysis. At Nimida, he’s building a global investment firm for multigenerational wealth.
Vinod Joseph
Principal
Vinod brings nearly two decades of investing experience spanning public and private markets. At Nimida Capital, he focuses on translating insight into action, combining analytical rigour with strong execution discipline across opportunities. His background includes leadership roles at Advantage Alpha Capital, Paragon Outcomes Management, and UBS Investment Bank, giving him a global perspective on valuation, portfolio strategy, and alternative investments.
Shyam Madhusoodanan
Principal
Shyam is part of the core investment team at Nimida Capital, where he brings a disciplined, research-driven approach to investing. With over 15 years of experience in fundamental equity research, he has deep expertise in global public markets, particularly in the technology sector. Prior to Nimida, he worked with leading family offices - Premji Invest in India and Landmark Group in the UAE - and began his career at Kotak Institutional Equities.
